**_Job Responsibilities: _**
- Attending to outbound calls.
- Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls
- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

**_Requirements: _**
- Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- **_Full training provided._**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work on rotational shifts.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Early shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
