1) 協助上級組織/管理部門日常活動並參加公司指示的相關會議
2)負責及時處理薪資,確保薪資記錄準確、完整,並製作薪資相關報告。
3) 更新並儲存員工休假相關事項的記錄。
4)協調內部和外部培訓,編制並確保培訓評估的完成。
5) 更新並保存員工訓練記錄中的員工訓練記錄。
6) 協助與人力供應主管聯絡,監察其日常出勤、更換、制服、紀律等。
7) 協助招募流程並協調入職計畫。
8) 與政府部門聯絡有關GA和行政的所有事務,即所得稅、SOCSO、EPF、移民等。
9) 每月更新並向東京海上保險公司提交員工團體住院保險和人身意外傷害保險清單。
10) 每月監控並記錄員工的醫療費用。
11)對每位員工的個人檔案進行適當且有組織的歸檔。
12)巡查廠區環境、廁所、食堂、門衛室等的清潔狀況。
13) 透過檢查報告簿、考勤表等來監控保全人員的工作。
14) 培養、激勵和指導所有下屬保持高標準的紀律、生產力、安全實踐、5S等。
**要求**:
至少4年人力資源與行政工作經驗
**強制性的**:
薪資處理、外籍人士申請和處理移民事務)、每月繳款(I-Tax、Socso、EIS 和 EP)、公司報告準備。
