Inspeccionar el aseo personal y la vestimenta del personal y rectificar cualquier deficiencia. Comunicarse con los huéspedes, con otros empleados y/o con los departamentos a fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes. Asegurar que el personal trabaje como equipo. Controlar la disponibilidad de asientos, el servicio, la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes en los comedores. Realizar las órdenes de trabajo para las reparaciones de mantenimiento. Completar los inventarios programados de provisiones, alimentos y bebidas alcohólicas. Controlar las existencias y pedir las provisiones necesarias. Obtener la caja asignada y asegurar la exactitud del dinero contraído, consiguiendo el cambio necesario para el nível de transacciones esperado y asegurando la caja en todo momento. Comunicar la última llamada en el horario de cierre designado. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, programación, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes.

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de

Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).

Experiência laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiência laboral afín.

Experiência como supervisor: Al menos 2 años de experiência como supervisor.
