**Job Description**:
**You will be reporting to the Organisational Development Senior Manager and will be responsible to develop and implement business driven organisational development initiatives to support MFM Group business growth and expansion such as organisation structuring for business transformation, to re-design job roles, ensure effective KPIs alignment and cascading, talent pipeline development, succession plan, competency framework, employer branding and conduct employee engagement activities.**
- Conduct analysis and research to design the effective organisation structure to support organisation business direction and strategic transformation plan.
- Assist in developing HR Strategies in supporting organisation’s strategies and business plan.
- Conduct analysis and study the business requirements in terms of capability and competency availability in MFM core businesses and undertake organisational development projects by assisting to design, develop and implement project objectives, requirements, costs, duration and budget.
- Develop and implement core competencies, leadership competencies and functional competencies to support company business group-wise.
- Develop and implement Leadership Development program and Managerial Development Program to meet the leadership requirement and objective group-wise.
- Monitor and manage employee development programme for talent pool for the assigned portfolio to ensure that the progress of the individuals are aligned with the plan.
- Conduct and engagement with workforce under the internship programme to monitor the progress of learning and contribution made to ensure effectiveness of programme and recommend areas for improvements.
- Work closely with Business Unit Heads, Department Heads and HRBPs in implementing and driving organisational development initiatives in an effective and efficient manner.
- Render support to Group HR and organisation projects that may involve business process improvement, from a Human Capital development and resourcing perspective.
- Recommend process, job accountabilities or organisational structure improvement where necessary in order to achieve a lean and agile organisation throughout the entire Group.
- Identify and determine the core competencies (functional and behavioural competencies) in the Group, align and develop the necessary developmental programmes to enhance and sustain these competencies.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of all workforce developmental programmes to create a coaching, learning & growth culture in MFM.
- Conduct communication sessions and provide advisory to employees on effective KPIs cascading and yearly performance management cycle.
- Assist in developing and implementing succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Participate actively in strategic partnership with schools and universities to establish structured development programme to attract talents into MFM Group of Companies.
- Support the organisation development budgeting for the entire group and HR related financial budgetary plan.
- Develop and share Organisational Development competency amongst the HR Community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Human Resource Management and equivalent

**Experience**:

- ** **7 - 8 years of working experience in the relevant field
