Position Summary:
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plan for building facilities, monitor the performance of service providers and ensure the smooth operations of day to day administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures by adopting established safety code, practices and regulatory requirements to ensure all employees are working in a safe & sound environment.
- Prepare ITB defining clearly the job scope, technical specifications and special requirements for contractors to bid
- Conduct technical evaluation on the tender documents
- Coordinate all the preventive and corrective maintenance jobs involving facility management to ensure all the tasks are timely and successfully executed.
- Supervise contractors to ensure full compliance to the company’s rules and regulations
- Manage the routine servicing of all company vehicles including leased rental units to ensure they are in safe and sound operating condition.
- Manage the company rented apartment by conducting periodical audit and inspection to ensure units are in clean and secure condition.
- Maintain the department management system related to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 to ensure full compliance to the standards.
- Develop, maintain, review and update procedures, work instruction and checklists for activities associated with administration function to ensure consistency in service quality.
- Evaluate the service performance of contractors to ensure high quality service is being delivered
- Provide service support of other administration functions to internal customers in an effective and efficient manner.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
