**What We Offer**:
**Basic Salary**: RM2500

**KPI +Attendance Allowance & Night Shift Allowance**: RM500

**Total Salary Range**: RM 3000 per month

**Location**: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
- Conveniently accessible via LRT Ara Damansara Station
- FREE shuttle service from the LRT station to the office on a selected schedule

**Job Scope**:

- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company's products/services

**Working Hours**:
**Shifts**:Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)

**Schedule**: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)

**Daily Hours**: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

**Shifts**: Rotational shift (24/7)

**Requirements**:

- Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;
- Fresh graduate/ SPM leavers are encouraged to apply;
- No experience need; full training provided;
- **Excellent command of English both spoken and written.**

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
