Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify New Clients**: Generate leads and acquire new clients for mass hiring recruitment services.
- **Build Strong Relationships**: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients in need of large-scale recruitment solutions.
- **Tailor Hiring Solutions**: Understand clients' needs and propose tailored mass hiring strategies to meet their recruitment goals.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective business development efforts.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position BigHire competitively.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years in business development or sales, ideally in recruitment or staffing services.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with mass hiring and recruitment strategies is a plus.
- **Results-Driven**: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
