**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the indoor children playground, improve efficiency and process control.
- Plan, organize and execute activities, programs and edutainment etc to achieve profitability of the centre.
- Prepare and ensure annual budgets are achieved.
- Constantly improve and develop the customer experience.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with Company's Policies and Guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in theme park/children play environment will be an advantage.
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role in theme park/children play environment.
- Good business acumen, leadership, analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales process, P&L and inventory control.
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of Bahasa and English. Any other languages will be an advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
