**Job Purpose**:
To manage and support the company’s administrative, operational, and facility-related functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration & Support**
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
- Manage office assets and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
**Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
**Facilities & Vehicle Management**
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of company facilities and vehicles.
- Manage company car allocation, insurance, and road tax renewals.
**Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)**
- Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in organizing safety drills and maintaining safety equipment.
**Event & Travel Coordination**
- Arrange company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when required.
**Licensing & Compliance**
- Liaise with government agencies for permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
**Reporting & Budgeting**
- Prepare reports on expenses, asset management, and operational activities.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling the General Affairs budget.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in General Affairs or Administration (preferably in automotive industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
