Position Summary
A sales team leader is responsible for soliciting donations from potential donors in person, on behalf of Greenpeace Southeast Asia. Their main duties include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Implementing face-to-face fundraising strategies and campaigns to achieve fundraising goals
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential donors to build relationships and secure donations
- Managing and analyzing data on donor behavior, engagement, and giving patterns to improve fundraising efforts
- Collaborating with DDC City Coordinator and Team Manager to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
- Ensuring compliance with ethical fundraising practices and regulations
- Representing the organization at events and in public appearances to promote the organization's mission and fundraising initiatives

Overall, a sales team leader plays a critical role in driving revenue for the organization by cultivating relationships with donors and soliciting donations in person.
