PropertyGuru is constantly bridging out into new customers’ experience and businesses across all our markets. One of the core roles will be for the **Sales Team Lead (Corporate Sales)** role for PropertyGuru Datasense, a fully owned subsidiary of PropertyGuru Group.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the evangelism of property-related data and geospatial solutions to corporate clients throughout Malaysia. Connecting the largest network of valuers to financial institutions and government departments with data solutions focused on the valuation process (mortgage and government rating), you will be responsible for the overall revenue targets of your team, that you will have a hand in crafting whilst being assisted by product and marketing experts.
**Responsibilities**
- Sell PropertyGuru Datasense's suite of solutions to corporate clients in banking, finance, property and government industries
- Lead and manage high performing enterprise sales teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target segment
- Collaborate with the Product Team to deliver exceptional products to the customer
- Execute systematic and effective sales strategy and achieve set revenue targets
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business or any related field
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on sales related experience with at least 2~5 years leading a high performing sales team of between 4 - 10)
- Possess a track record of managing sales teams delivering deals of new innovative products to the market (banking, finance, property or government clients)
- Possess a track record of leveraging data and analytics to execute effective sales strategies
- In-depth understanding of mortgage specific sales, credit and risk processes, functions and stakeholders an added advantage
