We are building up teams. We are hiring experienced branch manager who able to manage team members, lead team to achieve sales target and develop new team. We expect the branch manager is someone who enjoy doing sales, like to communicate with people, desire to earn more money and ambitious to be an intrapreneur (employee who act like an entrepreneur within a company). The ultimate goal for this role is to be one of our company partners in 2 years time.

**Job Scope**:
1) Proactively present and promote products and services to customer.
2) Manage team members:

- discipline and sales target
3) Lead and Motivate team members:

- be a role model for team member, polish their closing sales, be team members' mentor, collaborate with company in-house trainer to train and motivate them.
4) Develop new team:

- groom sales person to be senior sales then branch manager.
5) Prepare daily reports to higher management.
