The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team and dedicated to the overall coordination of the inside sales processes. You will take ownership of facilitating all inside sales activity across our clients, working closely with relevant stakeholders and meeting the overall business strategy.
- To build and lead a team of sales consultants
- Identify, recruit, coach and train up potential senior consultants / consultants
- Delegate, assist and motivate consultants to achieve optimum results
- Quarterly resource planning for the team
- To meet individual and team’s sales targets
- Fostering long-term relationships with your clients for future opportunities
- Responsible for planning and setting targets for the sales team
- Research, understand and master the industry of your area of responsibility

**; Requirements**:
- 2 to 8 years of sales experience.
- With leadership experience in leading a sales team.
- Senior Sales Consultant who is ready to take on a leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
