**JOB SUMMARY**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Lead and manage high-volume inside sales / tele-sales operations in the cloud domain, focusing on Microsoft Azure or other cloud-based solutions.
- Drive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.
- Oversee the use of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and sales automation tools for pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the sales team.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on Microsoft Azure or cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale inside sales or tele-sales operations in the cloud services domain.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels — clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM (Dynamics) and other sales reporting or automation tools.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of performing under pressure.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900 or higher) will be a strong advantage.
