**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

**工作职责:**
- 为董事长提供全面的行政及秘书支持。
- 管理日常行程、预约及差旅安排。
- 准备报告、演示文稿及会议资料。
- 处理机密文件并严格保密。
- 协调公司内部部门及外部合作伙伴的沟通。
- 协助项目跟进,确保任务按时完成。

**任职要求**:

- 优先考虑女性,年龄50岁以下。
- 至少3年私人助理或行政助理工作经验。
- 具备良好的组织及时间管理能力。
- 英语及普通话沟通能力优秀。
- 熟练使用MS Office及相关软件。
- 能独立工作,具备多任务处理能力,能承受工作压力。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
