Job Overview: The EV Motorcycle Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for promoting and selling electric motorcycles directly to customers through retail channels. This role involves engaging with potential buyers, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process. The Sales Executive works closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the brand in the electric vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a positive and informative experience.
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase the features of electric motorcycles.

2. Sales Process:

- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
- Explain pricing, financing options, and incentives to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Handle negotiations and overcome objections to close sales successfully.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the electric motorcycles.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technology, performance, and advantages of the products.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

5. Sales Targets:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the retail sector.

6. Collaboration with Retail Team:

- Coordinate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to enhance overall retail operations.

7. Promotional Activities:

- Actively participate in promotional events, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for marketing promotions and collaborate with the marketing team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with more than 2 years of working experience.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused with a passion for sustainable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with electric vehicles and the broader automotive industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
