In light of the rapidly growing consumer demand for T&G's apples in Asia, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence in Malaysia.

**About the opportunity**

As Key Account Manager (Malaysia) you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels. You will leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth and ensure our brands thrive in the Malaysian market. This role is a combination of managing distributors and key retailers, making it a fantastic opportunity to step up and drive overall business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive overall revenue, market share, and profit for the Malaysian market
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
- Execute the sales strategy for Malaysia in alignment with regional objectives in Asia.
- Partner with T&G's global and regional marketing teams to design and drive in-market programs
- Negotiate pricing and supply agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Lead annual business planning and regular performance reviews with retail partners.
- Drive commercial projects across channel, customer, and retail programs
- Collaborate with T&G's S&OP team to ensure order fulfilment to plan.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Manager SE Asia, this role will work remotely from Kuala Lumpur. The position will commence in January 2026.

**About you**
- 5+ years' experience in key account management within the FMCG or CPG sector
- Strong understanding of Malaysia's retail landscape, with an established customer network
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach.
- Entrepreneurial style yet not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on
- Agility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a cross-functional, global team.
- Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
