We are looking for a Junior Event Executive in Event Management who is enthusiastic about supporting various projects from end-to-end, including assisting with responding to briefs, budgeting, planning, creating presentations and reports, and collaborating with our clients to ensure successful outcomes for their events or online programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of event plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Support the creation of detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Help oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, and transportation.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support seamless event execution.
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
- Provide support to event staff and volunteers, ensuring readiness for event execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement event promotion strategies.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, social media campaigns, and press releases.
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements meet quality standards.
- Address minor issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback for future improvements.
- Assist in preparing event reports, including financial summaries and attendee feedback.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate event planning, management, or a related role.
- Exposure to coordinating and supporting events of various scales is a plus.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for events is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Other Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
- Willingness to travel for on-site event coordination.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
