**About the Role**:
You will require to develop the employer market in Malaysia by promoting the Pathways Programmed, Finance Leadership Programmed (FLP) and Promote Competency Globally (PCG). Deliver revenue targets set following CIMA’s business plan and strategy. You will report to Lead Manager - Commercial - Malaysia.

**You Will**:

- Work with Lead Manager - Commercial Malaysia to implement the market development strategies and tactical plans across the organization.
- Deliver the revenue target for employer segment in Malaysia with Pathways, FLP and PCG
- Identify new business opportunities and build business relationship with relevant partner such as employer, resellers and others.
- Improve market’s activities for employer and reseller segment in Malaysia.
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
- Manage the end-to-end sales contract process for B2C, B2B, B2B2C agreements.
- Engage and partner with employers in promoting CIMA qualification, products and services to their employees.
- Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings.
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in preparing costing, business proposals, partners profile and pre/post sales activities.
- Identify the underperforming areas and propose continuous improvement plan as effective business solution to fit our needs.
- Conduct analysis of ongoing market and competitors to gauge positioning of CIMA in the market.

**You Have**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field.
- Experiences in Business Development in education industry added in advantages.
- Experienced in education industry and well versed in employer market.
- In advanced level of consultative sales experience.
- Preferable 3 years or above related experiences in a managerial role.
