Company Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide corporate secretarial support to the company's clients and meet deadlines
- Liaise with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission, and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
- Attend Board meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc. and prepare agendas and minutes of meetings
- Maintain and update the statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Listing Requirements, and any other relevant acts, rules, regulations, and guidelines of relevant governing authorities and bodies
- To attend others ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a qualification of MAICSA, MIA or equivalent or a licensed company secretary by SSM.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Good communication in English, written and spoken.
- Able to work independently.
- Well versed with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements and procedures.
- Right and positive attitude and able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Working hour : Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
