**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the professional team members - Coordinating and preparation of deliverables in a timely manner - Handling other ad-hoc and general administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned - Prepare Financial Statements (require Microsoft Words skill) - Attending incoming calls and forwarding (good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia) - Attending incoming and outgoing mails - Other general administrative works

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent - Able to converse in English - Good organizational and multi-tasking skills - Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience - Microsoft Words and basic IT knowledge will be advantage.
