Administrative Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all administrative affairs of the company, including office environment, equipment, assets, and logístical support.
- Assist in human resources management, such as coordinating recruitment, handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, and supervising attendance management.
- Supervise daily documentation processes, contract archiving, and company file management.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, control expenses, and liaise with suppliers.
- Plan and organize company meetings, internal events, and external receptions.
- Assist in communication and coordination with government agencies, industrial parks, and third-party service providers.
- Support the management team by facilitating cross-departmental communication and executing management decisions.
- **Qualifications**:
- Diploma or higher in Administrative Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
