Requirements As a Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the company. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations and ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Possess Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field and have 2-3 years of relevant work experience. They should have a good understanding of HR laws and regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, have analytical skills, and be proficient in HR software and technology. They should also maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Responsibility Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with the company's goals and objectives. Manage recruitment and selection processes for all job positions within the company. Handle payroll, attendances and leaves Manage employee relations, including employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment standards, human rights, and health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documents. Develop and deliver HR training programs and initiatives for employees and management team members. Manage employee benefits programs, including team building, birthday treats and others employee benefits. Coordinate and participate in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations and career development planning. Other related duties as required.
