**Tasks & responsibilities**

1.Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc.

2. Constantly source for new materials, suppliers and update pricing. Place orders for materials when required and monitor materials delivery.

3. Ensure all the project budget and construction costs are controlled within the budget.

4. Coordinate the submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.

5. Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

6. Responsible for QS operation of projects related to QS task, prepare & monitor bills of quantities, material sourcing, cost estimation & etc.

7. Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, site managers, site engineers and other related parties involved in the project.

8. Responsible for project/ tender quotation preparation

9. Responsible for monthly progress claim

10. Responsible for Internal audit for site material and works.

11. Work closely with architects, contractors, main-con, sub-con and project team

12. Attend the tender interview, site meeting, site inspection, or any other meeting related to QS.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge in Building Contracts and good eye for details.
- Able to work independently in fast paced working environment

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday
