**QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Breakdown Bill of Quantities from drawing provided.
- Prepare and submit VO to Telco and follow up for approval.
- Negotiating and analyzing costs for each VO.
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
- Verify quantity and join for site acceptance with contractors and Telcos.
- Price or forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the projects.
- Establish the standard schedule of rates for all Telcos.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Create VO template for each Telco according to the standard schedule of rates approved.
- Update VO tracker on weekly basis in making sure that everything is on track.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of VO documents, editing where necessary.
- Carries out other related duties and traveling from the office to various sites as required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
- Experienced more than 1 years in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- A valid driver's license.

Pay: RM2,350.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
