**Employee Relations Partner - APAC** - Kuala Lumpur Regular - Corporate Function / Support - HR Job ID: A14055 **Responsibilities** **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications - At least 3 years of employee relations experience; - Demonstrated strong experience in partnering with various key stakeholders and being an effective team player; - Able to work within a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment; - Demonstrated strong understanding of the Asia Pacific employment law and regulatory frameworks (exposure to, and a full appreciation of rulings related to disciplinary, warnings or other corrective actions is essential).
