- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints and enquiries.
- Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.
- Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
- Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including personnel, inventory and sales.
- Prepares and submits monthly operations reports and other documentation as requested.
- Plan and coordinate menus, working closely with the chef.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
