You will be in charge of grooming, growing and maintaining relationships with new/assigned channel partners under our Consumer Segment. Your responsibilities includes ensuring our channel partners achieve their assigned targets and sales profitability.
**The work life**:

- Proactively engage with relevant internal teams to ensure partner performance expectations are met.
- Ensure partners compliance and company objectives are met by conducting training for partners on product details and promotions.
- Monitor and provide local intelligence on competitor and market updates through Go-To-Market activities.
- Able to plan and manage roadshows for assigned partners and prepare weekly reports for channel roadshow activities.
- Update partners on TIME policies, guidelines, new product launches, etc.
- Drive adoption of company programmes among new/assigned partners.
**All you need**:

- Ability to build and maintain internal and external professional relationship.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a good team player.
- Good negotiation skills with minimum 5 years' experience in partner management.
- Excellent interpersonal and pleasant personality.
