- Sales expertise: Bring 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the food and FMCG industry, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
- Industry knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the food and FMCG sector, including product knowledge and market trends.
- Strategic thinker: Showcase your ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive results.
- People manager: Excel at motivating and developing teams to achieve high performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Adaptable professional: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Mobile and flexible: Be willing and able to drive and travel to outstations as required for partner meetings and market visits.
