We are looking for event coordinator to organize events who able to be well-organized and possess a good knowledge of client servicing and vendor management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event
- Creating and planning event proposal that fits the client’s requirement
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Manage all event set up, dismantle, and follow-up processes
- Maintain event budgets

**Requirements and Skills**
- At least 2 years’ experience as an event coordinator or event planner
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Effective time management
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation capabilities

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to Commute:

- Sungai Buloh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sungai Buloh: Relocate before starting work (required)
