**Job Title**: Operations Manager

**Salary Range**: RM8,000 - RM20,000 per month

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer specializing in CNC machining, precision milling, and coated metal surface components. As part of their expansion plan, they are looking for a results-driven and technically competent **Operations Manager** to oversee plant operations, optimize production workflows, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality components to clients across industries.

This is a critical leadership role for someone with strong manufacturing experience, excellent people management skills, and a deep understanding of shopfloor dynamics within a high-mix, low-volume environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, logistics, and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production output, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
- Coordinate cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on operational targets and customer expectations
- Lead and motivate production teams, supervisors, and technicians towards operational excellence
- Work closely with the Quality and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with client specs and industry standards
- Manage production planning, inventory control, and resource allocation to meet cost and efficiency targets
- Ensure safety regulations, company policies, and ISO procedures are strictly adhered to
- Report operational metrics and improvement plans to senior management on a regular basis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a production or operations management role within CNC machining or precision manufacturing
- Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Proficient in production planning systems, manufacturing KPIs, and lean manufacturing practices
- Knowledge of surface finishing, coated metals, and precision components is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, team-building, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
