Finance & Admin Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Executive to support our company’s finance and administrative functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, smooth office administration, and efficient support to management.
**Duties/Key Responsibilities**:
1. Handle daily accounting operations including AP, AR, invoicing, billing, and payments.
2. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
3. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
4. Manage office administration including correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
5. Assist in HR-related matters such as staff attendance, leave records, and claims.
6. Coordinate office supplies, service providers, and general office maintenance.
7. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless procurement and administrative processes.
8. Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and other ad-hoc tasks.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar) is an added advantage.
3. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
7. Possess a valid driving licence (D)
**Job Location**:Bukit Beruntung, Rawang, Selangor
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
