Accounts Assistant

Core responsibilities
- **Manage daily transactions**: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports, and handle incoming and outgoing payments.
- **Maintain financial records**: Keep financial records accurate and up-to-date, which includes data entry and managing accounts.
- **Perform reconciliations**: Verify and reconcile accounts, including bank statements, to ensure accuracy.
- **Support reporting and audits**: Assist with preparing financial reports for management and provide support for annual audits and tax filings.
- **Handle accounts payable and receivable**: Manage company accounts with vendors and clients, and communicate regarding payments.
Essential skills and qualifications
- **Technical skills**: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- **Attention to detail**: A high level of accuracy is crucial for handling financial data.
- **Organizational skills**: The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills are needed for interacting with clients and vendors.
- **Teamwork**: The role requires working effectively with the accounting team.
- **Ethical conduct**: Maintaining confidentiality and integrity is vital when handling sensitive financial information.
- Preferably SQL or Autocount experience and background
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
