Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for training and development programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training providers, industry associations, and government bodies.
- Understand market needs and propose suitable training solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and market new training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure smooth execution of training delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote the company’s training services.
- Track and analyze business development performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in training, education, HRD, or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Familiarity with HRDCorp, Halal training, ISO standards, or compliance-based programs is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:
- Experience in Halal industry, food manufacturing, or regulatory training.
- Knowledge of training grants, government incentives (e.g., HRD Corp), and e-learning trends.
- Bilingual/multilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Bahasa Malaysia).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
