**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in order processing sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- To assist in maintain and update customers & sales records, generate monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- To assist sales team to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to sales.
- To assist sales team to support in preparing proposals, presentations & contracts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
- To assist in prepare, file and maintain sales documentation, including contracts and invoices.
- To assist organize and coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, and other events.
- To assist prepare materials for meetings and client engagements.
- To provide insights based on sales data analysis.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks related to the Sales administration to be assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Education: SPM or equivalent; Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or sales environment is advantageous.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong sense of confidentiality and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment. May require occasional overtime or travel depending on business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
