Accuray develops, manufactures and sells radiotherapy systems for alternative cancer treatments. Our radiation therapy for cancer makes treatment shorter, safer, personalized and more effective, ultimately enabling patients to live longer, better lives.

**Job Description**:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible to develop and execute the Radiation Therapy product marketing strategies for the assigned product line in collaboration with US Headquarters and Asia Pacific Marketing team;
- Developing RT product and SBRT strategy in APAC key countries ,
- Provide field marketing support to the Regional or Country sales team and local distributors, such as development of local specific promotional tools, product presentation & demonstration, product configuration & compatibility questions and tender response, etc.
- Regular update of market intelligence information about customers and competitors’ activities, market size & share analysis;
- Build up a good KOLs relationship in relevant industries.
- Be responsible to deliver Tomotherapy® and CyberKnife® product presentations with strong ability to position Accuray technologies to prospective and existing customer’s long-term plans and ability to handle relevant product and clinical objections
- Product Know-how, and develop right configurations for right customer at right pricing offering.
- Assist with identification and establishment of Reference Sites in Asia Pacific Region
- Train Accuray sales team and distributors on product knowledge, positioning, differentiation, competitive advantages as well as appropriate usage of clinical related marketing collaterals
- Collaborate with Market Communication Team to organize and support the promotional activities to reach our target audiences and to communicate & demonstrate the clinical differentiation of our products
- Act as liaison between customers and product management in providing suggestions for product improvements, enhancements, or corrections
- Ability to travel to local customer sites and locations in Asia Pacific Region. Travel frequency will be around 50% to 70%

Qualifications, Experience and Other Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or Medical Physics, preferrable with postgraduate qualification on business or marketing study
- Minimum 5 years of clinical or sales/marketing experience in the related healthcare or medical device industry, preferrable with knowledge of radiotherapy equipment and Asia Pacific regional experience
- Experience in a customer support role or training role for medical imaging or radiation treatment environment necessary
- Strong skills on communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem solving
- Fluent speaking and written of Chinese and English language
- Good command of computer hardware and software technologies, such as cyber-security, networking, Windows, MS Office, healthcare information system, Salesforce, etc and knowledge of digital marketing
- Must be a positive, enthusiastic self-starter and also strong advocate of team spirit
