Job Summary

Carry out customer satisfaction and delight initiatives to ensure achievement of high level customer satisfaction through strategic analysis.

Principle Responsibilities
- Execution of customer delight initiatives & process improvement
- Customer satisfaction (Best Practice Sharing) activities
- Analyze Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and develop countermeasure
- Conduct annual outlet evaluation according to global service operation guidelines

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Customer Relationship/related field.

**SKILLS**
- Professional level of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Analytical thinking
- Resourcefulness - Able to work independently with minimum supervision

**EXPERIENCE**
- 2-3 years working experience preferred
- Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
