**Job Location**: Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil

**Job Types**: Permanent, Hybrid Work in Office & Work From Home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing for resumes, arranging of interviews, offer management, conducting of reference checks if required.
- Understand hiring managers’ requirements by studying organization plans and objectives to meet the hiring expectations.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation.
- Handle employee resignation process and confirmation/probation extension process.
- Handle and support HR operations’ functions.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by immediate superior when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an HR Executive in recruitment.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Resourceful and experience with different types of recruitment channels in recruit Talents which includes major social media/job portal platforms.
- Ability in handling high volume recruitment assignments with a proven track record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
