Job Description:
Our company is a leading logistics service provider from China to Malaysia, offering a wide range of services including sea and air shipping LCL, money transfer solutions, and full container services. We are currently looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations of our HR department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screens.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date.
- Assist with employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing support to managers as needed.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior HR experience is a plus but not required.

Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
