**PSOITION GENERAL SUMMARY**

The scope of the Non Aero Commercial Admin Ops Asistance encompasses the follow-through activities of the commercial operations and activities of all business under his/her area of coverage. This area of coverage is in respect of the enforcement, communications, local authorities, financial and system, and legal requirements.

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- Ensure reliability and effectiveness of enforcement activities / Inspection on retail, F & B and tenancy ( Operational requirement, Timely Reporting, Reminders updated and communication etc )
- Achieve the timely inputs of all RE Modules under the SAP Applications including compliance, of operational rating and billing.
- Compile and record all operational compliances, reports and customer feedbacks.
- Assist in site visit i.e tendering process, ASQ, IMS, Internal audit, collaboration of internal joint inspection, reinstatement.
- Assist superior in realizing the targeted goals and objectives set the company.
- Compile and update (when is necessary) all data/information and maintain database of all partners.
- Liaise closely with the Commercial Division
- As requested by superior from time to time.

**Key Challenges**:

- Ensuring enforceability of the commercial activities at KLIA and klia2 airport and inspection for four (4) times for all partners.
- Ensure commercial activities at KLIA airport in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Head / Executives of Non Aero Commercial Operations Malaysia Airports (Sepang) on planning and commercial operational related matters.

**Skills**:

- Must have good understanding and experience in Commercial perations
- Must have good communication
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively in a multi cultural environment.
- A team player who can build positive relation at all levels.
- Result oriented.

**Education**:

- SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics
