**Financial Responsibilities**:

- **Budget Management**: Keep a close check on projected budgets and forecasts to ensure achievement of financial targets.
- **Cost Efficiency**: Ensure cost efficiency in catering operations and the restaurant to maximize profitability.
- **Resource Allocation**: Ensure manpower planning, rental, and casual wages requirements are within the allocated budget.

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Plan and implement strategies for further growth in the banquet section.
- **Function Coordination**: Coordinate and plan confirmed functions for the week, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team and Head of The Outlet to ensure effective and smooth execution.
- **Feedback Management**: Conduct periodic meetings with supervisors/service staff to gather customer feedback for corrective and preventive measures. Communicate feedback to department heads for action.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure staff are aware of proper use and maintenance of all catering and restaurant equipment, maintaining cleanliness standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure all catering and restaurant equipment are inventoried and maintained well at all times, including proper packing.
- **Workforce Management**: Ensure a strong and adequate workforce for smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Departmental Meetings**: Attend department head meetings and report on operational performance.
- **Training and Guidance**: Train and guide the operations team on catering and restaurant policies to strengthen their operational and product knowledge.
- **Quality Management**: Act as a management representative in ensuring quality management of the operation team.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
