**Job Description (English)**

We are looking for a passionate and articulate Mandarin speaker to join our growing Social Customer Service Support team In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through social media channels. You will be the voice of our company, building relationships and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers online.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with our audience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Contribute to a positive and professional online brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or social media management.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
