**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Perform personal errands and tasks such as reservations, or event planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with household or office management tasks if required.
- Track deadlines, important dates, and ensure timely follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
