Training Admin Officer

_**Job Descriptions**: _
- Help prepare training documents, attendance lists, and certificates.
- Coordinate training logistics - venue booking, trainer schedule, materials, etc.
- Communicate with participants and trainers as and when needed
- Handle office admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and printing.
- Assist with scheduling and basic follow-ups when required by the team.
- Carry out any other **ad-hoc tasks** assigned by your superior to support the department’s operations.
- **Job requirements**:_
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words
- Pro-active with excellent communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage
- Fast learner and computer savvy
- Action and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication and presentation skills - verbal and written.
- Willing to travel, as the **office will be located at Caring HQ Petaling Jaya and will be moved to Bandar Bukit Raja 2 in mid 2025.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
