Job description: - provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquirers and reply in a professional manner - Responsible to answer queries from customers in any form in social media, WhatsApps message, E-commerce platform, E-mail and phone call - Assist customers to check their parcel status with logistic partners, follow up closely and get back to customers for any updates. - Solves complaints in professional manner - Voice of customer, provide customer's feedback to management for further improvements. - any other duties as assigned by your superior/management from time to time
