1) Gather market and product info from customers and report to management.

2) Follow up with customer for new project and orders.

3) Update and communicate the status of new product development.

4) Prepare quotation for customers.

5) Process orders for timely production.

6) Plan delivery schedule and update the status of delivery.

7) Obtain customers feedback on pricing, quality and services.

8) Handling customer's complaints.

9) Handle and arrange the transportation and forwarding issue related to customer.

10) Ensure the job performed comply with the company QMS, EMS, legal and others requirements.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
