**Role Overview**
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **HR & Admin Executive** to support our daily operations. This hybrid role involves handling human resources functions alongside administrative and basic accounting tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that internal operations run smoothly and efficiently across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, scanning, and answering phone calls.
- Assist in processing claims, preparing invoices, quotations, and receipts.
- Cross-check and reconcile data from various departments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized records for HR, finance, and office operations.
- Support HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and leave tracking.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, perform basic stock control, and coordinate office maintenance.
- Assist with account-related tasks and support key account or business development functions when needed.
- Participate in organizing internal meetings, staff activities, and special projects.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
**Requirements**:
- **Ability to read and type in Chinese** to handle multilingual documentation and communication.
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business, Administration, HR, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in administration, customer service, or accounts-related fields is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; PowerPoint knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and general administrative operations.
- Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to support managers in day-to-day activities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and under fast-paced environments.
- Fresh graduates with a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
