**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and team wise.
- Good personality with positive attitude and self-confidence.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport.
**Job Description of HR & Admin Executive**
- Provide support in all aspects of human resource and administrative functions
- Staff recruitment - Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal department heads on recruitment needs
- Screen job applicants and arrange interview appointments with the hiring managers.
- Coordinate and organise corporate events, annual dinners, convention trips etc.
- Monitor and managing staff movement which including new hiring, terminations, salary/position changes and etc.
- Preparation of employment agreements and other HR related letters/documents.
- Maintain employee personnel file, leave records and ensure employee information is kept up to date in the payroll system.
- Responsible to monitor and administer employee benefits including GPA insurance and Socso claims and etc.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
