HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company's HR department including recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, training and development, compensation & benefits, disciplinary management and employee relations.
- To identify and manage the manpower requirements with department head/manager and business unit.
- To handle all employees and employer relations matters and to create a platform to encourage two way communications between the staff and management to facilitate a positive working environment.
- To ensure Safety & HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and executed in the company.
- Assist the management team on HR matters, including implementation and conducting performance management system. Administering staff's trainings including on-board training. Establish good rapport and team spirit among all levels of employees.
- To assist in supervising and coordinating the processing of payroll and related documentation.
- To liaison with the government departments and statutory bodies. To ensure that the company complies to all government licensing requirements and statutory body rules and regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc task as HR & Admin and when required by the management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and writing skill in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
