**FUNCTION**: Global Business Services - Centre of Excellence

**LOCATION**:Selangor, Malaysia

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

The Procurement Intern focusing on Transaction-Level Data (TLD) preparation will support the procurement team by ensuring accurate, timely, and structured TLD compilation. The intern will work closely with team managers to enhance current process TLD’s. This role provides hands-on experience in understanding overall process in Order to Cash, Source to Settle and Product costing by looking and understanding the TLD’s.
- Enhancement of current process TLD’s which is in place by creating process flow to summarize the TLD’s.
- Problem solving, communication with a variety of stakeholders, and ability to provide advice on or explain technical concepts will also be regular components of this role.
- Records Management controls maintained.
- To understand process on high level across all functions (Order To Cash, Source to Settle and Product Costing).
- Ensure that TLD data adheres to financial regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to improving TLD data collection and processing methodologies.
- Assist in preparing reports based on TLD data for internal and external stakeholders.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Final year student or graduate from Accounting/Finance Degree or Professional Certification
- Eager to learn, dedicated, resourceful and able to work in fast paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, digital savvy and a team player
- Attention to detail, methodical and organized.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Visio knowledge or experience would be added advantage
